The Assistant Media Strategist’s core responsibility is to facilitate the execution and management of all media programs, as well as assist in preparing campaign performance reports & analysis.



- Work closely with Media Strategists to develop and maintain media plans.
- Prepare and update purchase orders.
- Manage creative trafficking process; including creating and developing tags in third-party adserving software.
- Facilitate timely and accurate campaign launches including troubleshooting and resolving any issues with media/account teams and media vendors.
- Analyze data to provide client with recommendations for optimizations.
- Maintain relationships with media suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare and update media flowcharts and purchase authorizations.
- Take ownership over client reporting responsibilities, incorporating a variety of resources, from media companies and third party resources.
- Monitor client billing; resolve any related issues.
- Ensure all media projects proceed according to plan and on deadline.


- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and analytic skills.
- High level of experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn the management of online campaigns across variety of vendors.
- Knowledge/Exposure to third party ad serving, for the purposes of ad serving, monitoring and analyzing online campaigns.
- Experience developing spreadsheets, managing large amounts of data and digital files.
- 1+ years of media buying/planning experience desired.
